Ocean fish vs Pond fishThere once was a small town where a fisherman lived. Every day he would go out into the ocean and work his nets. When he returned with his fish to market, they would sell out immediately. All the townspeople loved the fish he caught. A businessman saw this and came to the fisherman with an idea to build a pond where they could keep and breed the fish. That way they could sell more, and it would be easier than going out and fishing in the ocean, the fisherman agreed. The next time they went to market they sold out but as time went on the townspeople bought less and less, they said the taste wasn’t as good as before. Why, you ask? Due to the fish in the pond becoming lazy over time they didn’t taste as good as the ocean fish, where its survival of the fittest. So are you an ocean fish that won’t quit or a lazy pound fish? -Coach Carter
